Licensing of legal consultancy offices - Taziz Program

This service is concerned with requesting the issuance of initial approval for licensing or renewing the license of legal advisory offices affiliated to the Small and Medium Enterprises Support Program (Taziz) in the Emirate of Ajman. The service applicant must submit the license or renewal application initially to the Department of Economic Development.

Required Files

  • Provide the director with a university degree in law
  • Equivalent to the university degree if it was issued from outside the country
  • Criminal status certificate

Terms of Service Delivery

Submit a no-objection certificate from the employer

All documents submitted must be in Arabic or legally translated
