Licensing of legal advice offices - free zone
This service is concerned with requesting the issuance of initial approval for a license or license renewal for legal advisory offices in the free zones in the Emirate of Ajman.Required Files
- Provide the owner or partners with a college degree in law
- Provide the director with a university degree in law
- Equivalent to the university degree if it was issued from outside the country
- Criminal status certificate
- Certificate of practical experience in the field of legal work or legal advice for not less than the following periods: (3) years for a citizen, (5) years for a non-citizen
Terms of Service Delivery
The manager shall not be an employee or employee of any governmental or private entity
All documents submitted must be in Arabic or legally translated
