Licensing legal advice offices
This service is concerned with requesting the issuance of an initial approval for a license or license renewal for legal advice offices in the Emirate of Ajman. The service applicant must submit a license or renewal application initially to the Department of Economic Development.Required Files
- Provide the owner or partners with a college degree in law
- Provide the director with a university degree in law
- Equivalency of the university certificate if it was issued from outside the country
- Criminal status certificate
- A certificate of practical experience in the field of legal work or legal advice for not less than the following periods: (3) years for a citizen, (5) years for a non-citizen, (3) of which at least within the state.
Terms of Service Delivery
The director should not be an employee or employee of any governmental or private entity
All documents submitted must be in Arabic or legally translated
